How Much Do They Cost?
What you are buying right now is the initial reservation and processing cost that we have already paid to the butcher. Please remember there will be an additional charge on the butcher date. Read the directions carefully.
The final weight you receive will vary based on the size of your specific animal and the cutting instructions you provide. If you opt for deboning and exclude items like soup/dog bones and organs, your total weight will be less. However, if you choose to keep all the parts, including bone-in cuts, your yield could be even more! Additionally, depending on your hanging time there may be less weight, where it will naturally lose moisture but gains flavor and tenderness.

When Do I Get It?
Butcher Date: 6/28/23
Estimated Pickup Time: 7/24/23 - 8/5/23
Fall: TBD
You will be notified in 4-6 weeks (Depending On Hanging Time)after the butcher date that your meat is ready.
Here is how you order:
Step 1: Choose Your Bundle - Select either a 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or whole with the month you'd prefer to reserve your animal. (First come first serve)
Step 2: Pay a reservation fee that covers the initial cost of slaughter at the butcher
Step 3: After your reservation is set you will be sent to the "cut selection" page and you will be sent an email. Fill out the form.
Step 4: Pay Final Bill - You will be sent the final invoice once the butcher has received your animal. You may notice a slightly lower order total as some adjustments may be necessary depending on the animal size. You will never receive a higher total unless you request premium upgrades.
Step 5: Get Your Meat - We will contact you when your meat will be dropped off! FREE SHIPPING 4-6 Weeks after the butcher date.
